"When I
started Bootcamp the day after Labor Day I didn't know what
to expect, all I wanted was something, ANYTHING to help get
me into shape -
I was desperate.
Kristi and Tom provide such a positive and accepting
environment where nobody is an outsider. We all cheer each
other on and exchange our stories. After the month was
over I signed up for another 3 months - I was addicted to
the morning workouts! I feel so amazing after attending
the morning Bootcamp that it makes getting up at the
break-of-dawn worth it. My days are more productive, I am
more focused at work and my attitude is positive. At this
point, I can't imagine my life without Bootcamp.
In the last 3 months I've lost 22 pounds, 30 inches, my BMI
is below 25 and I have learned to love running. I was a
size 12, almost a size 14 and now my size 8 jeans are too
big for me. I couldn't have gotten these results without
East Valley Bootcamp. Bootcamp motivates me to get in
shape and stay in shape!

"Kristi,
I wanted to tell you that I have thoroughly
enjoyed boot camp for the past 3 months. I
was working out religiously at the gym
nearly every day. I thought I was in pretty
good shape, but I was sadly mistaken! I knew
this after just the first few classes I
attended. In the past 3 months,
I've lost about 20 pounds and I am down 4"
in my waist. My strength
and endurance has increased so much from
attending boot camp. Each day is different,
so I look forward to a new challenge in
class. I have recommended East Valley Boot
Camp to several of my friends and would do
the same to anyone looking to improve their
workouts. Kristi is a great trainer and is
always quick to add positive feedback to
keep you motivated. I am not into the
trainers that yell and degrade to help you
reach a certain goal, that’s not what I am

"East Valley Bootcamp has
really helped me improve my life. In
the first 6 weeks, I lost almost 10 pounds! More
than just dropping some weight, I have gained a lot more
endurance and strength. I have a lot more energy and

Prices are extremely
reasonable and I feel very
comfortable in class. When I
decided to do something
about my sedentary lifestyle
I first looked at Curves,
which I felt wouldn't be
challenging enough and then
at this. I was worried it
would be too tough or
intimidating, but it is
perfect. I am never the
least in shape nor the best
in shape. There are all
kinds here. They don't push
you to do anything you can't
do but they do push you to
your limit which is why it
is awesome. I could tell you
about my success but it all
depends on what you put into
it. Going to East Valley
Bootcamp has motivated me
more than I ever could on my
own and also makes me want
to be more mindful of what I
eat just so I don't cancel
out the benefits of all the
hard work.

I found out about this boot camp at the salon reading a local magazine called Perfectify. Turned out that the lady who puts together the magazine also runs this bootcamp. I really love the trainers and I love the workouts. I did it a few months ago, but plan to go back now that the weather has cooled.
What I love most about this bootcamp is that they don't make you feel like a loser for being slow, but they are very encouraging. This bootcamp is for all fitness levels including those who are in very good shape. I thought (bootcamp) was pricey, but after paying $100/month at Lifetime Fitness and hardly losing a pound ... this is far more worth it. I get a great workout every day and I am more motivated to workout outside than indoors.

Best Outdoor Workout In Town! I've been doing East Valley Bootcamp for a year now. Every day is different and it is a workout no matter what your fitness level. The people are great and Tommy and Kristi always make it fun.

Bootcamp is amazing! Bootcamp is a total body workout!! It is different everyday, so you never get bored. In the past, I have never really enjoyed class workouts, but this class is amazing and an awesome workout!!

An Intense But Fun Workout!
All the trainers try to push
you to your limit but do it
in an encouraging, positive
way (it's not a military
style bootcamp). I did the
morning bootcamp and it
would start my day off on a
positive note! You can't
beat the prices or the
quality!

Refreshing, Fun &
Motivating! Great staff and
great mix of our daily
routines makes this outdoor
bootcamp spectacular!
Everyday we do different
things. Sometimes indoors,
sometimes outdoors, there is
pleasant combination of
exercises.

Best I Have Been To! I have
attended several bootcamps
over the yrs and I have to
say this is by far the best.
The trainers are really
great people and listen to
your needs. Believe it or
not they actually care. The
price I paid for unlimited
bootcamp is awesome. I would
recommend this bootcamp.

Losing! I've been doing EVBC
for a few months and
currently at 25lbs weight
loss. My clothes are fitting
better and I'm down many
inches around my chest and
waist. I'll continue to join
this bootcamp til I'm
finished with my weight loss
goal. I high recommend it!

"I work full time, I have a side
business that takes my weekends, and a 1 1/2 yr. old and 3
yr. old at home, so finding the time and coming up with
the effort was impossible. The early morning class was
literally my only option which has worked out great! It's
early, don't get me wrong, but waking up and exercising with
a clear head in the cool temperatures of the morning at the
park is really good. It's the forced exercise I needed but
couldn't do myself. Kristi and Tom are energetic and fun
and really help wake us up for the day. Every day is
different and challenging, and I find myself really missing
it when I have to miss a morning workout. I would suggest
it to anyone who can't get out there on there own, you won't
regret it. And working out in 80 degree temps. versus 100

Bootcamp is great! The workouts are
always fresh, exciting and combine strength, core, and
cardio training. The hardest part is the first week,
especially if you've been off of your feet for awhile.
Never fear though, the soreness will pass and is a sign
your muscles are getting stronger. Stay out of the gym and
off of those unnatural machines. They can do more harm than
good. Working with dumbells and time under tension
techniques will help correct your posture and ignite your
metabolism. Instructors focus on form allowing you to
improve balance, strength, flexibility, decrease your body
fat percentage, shrink inches and lose pounds. We work hard
everyday but you will be motivated to do your best when you
are side by side with someone working as hard as you are.
Come and be a part of something bigger than yourself. You
