What is BOOTCAMP?
Boot camp is a challenging, fun, outdoor group exercise program that provides quick results.

Who should enlist?
People of all ages and fitness levels who want to get in great shape FAST! You’ll never be asked to perform more than you're capable of doing, but you will be pushed to give 100% effort.

What will I get out of participating?

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as a couple days. "Visual Improvement" can take several weeks depending on your effort level. It's very possible to go down 1-2 sizes within the first camp - particularly if you are monitoring your diet. The more effort you put forth, the greater your results.  A strict diet will effectively TRIPLE YOUR RESULTS in the same time period (than if you are not making healthy dietary changes)  Don't fool yourself on how important diet is in your overall results. Remember, everyone's body is different so your results will be unique to you! Everyone is expected to progress. If you aren't, then you're not putting in the effort, watching your food intake or you're missing bootcamp.

What if I'm not very physically fit when I start?
This program is specifically designed to accommodate all fitness levels and make every person feel capable and confident while doing all of the BOOTCAMP exercises. Participants will be given modifications, adaptations and alternatives to accommodate everyone's individual fitness level. The program is very diversified, this allows for change and anticipation towards each and every day, knowing that no day will ever be the same!! Our goal is to let you look forward to your next BOOTCAMP class!

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. All exercises will be modified to meet your needs and limitations. More than likely you won’t be the most fit person at camp, nor the most out of shape. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses so each activity will be more challenging for some and easier for others. Don’t worry about others in camp. Just do YOUR best!

What is a typical workout like?
Well, there isn’t a typical workout. No workout is repeated during your four weeks of training. We keep your interest and your curiosity levels high in anticipation of the workouts. Each session will different in order to prevent boredom and to keep your body from adapting to the workouts. When your body adapts (which it does very quickly) your results grind to a halt. The workouts are designed to incorporate full body exercises and body weight resistance to maximize calorie and fat burning which will result in weight loss and a leaner you. 

What types of activities are included in BOOTCAMP?
We do everything from running/walking (less than 1 mile), weight training (upper and lower body), core conditioning, abdominal work, calisthenics, plyometrics, circuit training, stretching and more! Everyday is a little different from the day before and you will get a complete workout every session!

Exercises include: push ups, shoulder presses, bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, dips, lunges, squats, crunches, the plank, jumping jacks, jumping rope, running/walking, mountain climbers, step ups, and more... 

What if I can’t perform a certain exercise?
We will give you a modified exercise and low-impact drills as an alternative.

What do I need to bring?

- An exercise mat or large towel
- A bottle of water
- Running shoes
- Workout/sweat towel
- A pair of lightweight dumbbells (5-10 lbs for women and 8-12 lbs for men)
- Weight-lifting gloves are recommended
- And a desire to get fit!

Do you offer a nutrition program for Bootcamp participants or give advice on changing my diet?
Although our trainers can help you with many diet/nutrition questions, we HIGHLY recommend you contact Isabel Canez MS, RD of Your Whole Body Nutrition. Isabel is an expert at everything from customized meal plans, to pantry makeovers, supermarket tours, metabolic testing (very highly recommended that all clients/participants have a metabolic test performed) and much more!

Where is BootCamp held?
Chandler classes will be held at the Chuparosa Park.  The park is on the West side of Dobson Road, just south of Germann Road.  Our Tempe location is held at Express MiE at the SW corner of Guadalupe and McClintock Roads hidden behind Trader Joes.

The current session already started... can I still join or do I have to wait until the next 4 week session starts?
You can join at any time. If you join for the first time more than 1 week after the starting date, you can pay a prorated fee, and then continue on with monthly packages in the future. The prorating discount is only available the first time you join. Email us for details.

What do I do after my first 4 week session of bootcamp?
Most of our bootcampers are so happy with how much better they look and feel (and how fun our classes are) that they keep enrolling month after month.  Many of our bootcampers have been with us for more than 1 year!  Remember, this isn't just four weeks and you're done.  Our bootcamp is a reoccurring four week fitness program.  Fitness isn't just for a specified period of time, it's a lifestyle!  Don't think you'll get results in four weeks and then that's it!  Make exercise and a healthy diet part of your everyday lifestyle and you'll will have a rockin body, an abundance of energy and a happy, healthy life!  That's the type of person we'd love to have join our program.  So, if that's you...then secure your spot today.

What if it rains?
We will still hold class unless there is lighting or a trainer feels the potential for someone getting injured exists.

What if a session is cancelled due to the lack of enrollment?
This rarely occurs, but if it should we will offer you different options including going to another class locations, keeping you signed up for the next month's session or refunding your money.

If I am not signed up for the current month can I can still take the assessment on the first day of the month?
Yes, but since you are not signed up and we don't know your coming - in the event that particular session is canceled due to the lack of enrollment - you will not be notified.  If this is your situation we highly suggest contacting us the day before the new session starts.

What is your refund policy?

Attend all of your scheduled bootcamp classes within your four week program (guarantee only offered for 5 day/week mornings and 4 day/week nights).  If you're not happy with East Valley Boot Camp, then we’ll simply refund your registration fee by mail within 10 business days of your request.  However, if you plan on joining bootcamp to reap the benefits, then ask for a refund, please do us a favor and don't register.  We want motivated, dedicated bootcampers ready to change their life and get amazing results!  So, if you're serious about getting in the best shape of your life, your bootcamp registration fee is the BEST MONEY you will EVER INVEST IN YOURSELF!!!  In order to keep our rates super low and because we limit our class sizes, we do not offer refunds for any other reason If you have any concerns or questions, please call us or email us.

What if I have to miss a couple of days, or can't make the month I signed up for, can I get a refund or make up the classes in the following month?
Our policy is that there are no refunds or credits offered for any reason other than if a session is cancelled by EVBC due to the lack enrollment.  Because we are offering the significant discount program for repeat bootcampers and early bird pricing discounts, there are no exceptions for any reason. 
In order to keep our rates super low and because we limit our class sizes, we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason

How can I find out when you update class times and locations?
Join our mailing list!  We never spam.  We will send you updates and special offers - approximately 2-4x a month.  We will never sell or distribute our mailing list to anyone else.
