We greatly appreciate
that you have reached out to us and you can be assured we are responding as
quickly as possible to ALL inquiries.
Between operating a full
session (several class times) of daily bootcamp classes each, in
several locations, in addition to operating a full schedule of
personal training clients (Chandler
Personal Training) each day, it can be very challenging
to answer every call and/or respond immediately to all inquiries
... and we can get behind quite easily!
Also note that when calling us,
most often you WILL receive our voicemail - this NOT because we
are choosing to ignore the phone, it is because we are not
physically able to answer calls during bootcamp classes or while
we are training clients (besides it being just a little bit rude
to our bootcampers and/or clients should we handle customer
service inquiries/calls during classes, but we certainly do NOT
want anyone to drop a dumbbell on their head!) ... but we WILL get back to you ASAP!
Hint:
The fastest way to reach
us and/or receive a response is VIA EMAIL,
as generally, we check and reply to email first, then we attack
our voicemails.
