HERE'S THE SCOOP!
We are
teaching bootcamp each morning from
5:15am - 6:45am ... you choose
what time you want to arrive and how
long you want to workout! We
design workouts to coincide
with 15 minute blocks, so that you
can hop into any segment ... if you
have an early meeting at
work one morning, start early and
cut your workout short. Have extra
time or want to crank your
workouts up for that summer wedding,
come early and stay the entire 90
minutes for one butt-kicking,
sweat session! Its up to you!
Customize bootcamp to meet YOUR
needs and schedule! All for
the SAME great price! Can't
beat that! No other bootcamp
offers this amazing option!
NOTE: Because we
end at 6:45am, if you arrive at
6:30am, you will get a short (15
minute),
but intense workout! If you
arrive at 6:15, your max workout is
30 minutes... but if that's
all you can fit in that day, its
still definitely better than nothing
and you can still burn a couple
hundred calories and start your day
off right! We do recommend a
MINIMUM of a regular
45 minute workout, most days, to get
the best results!

This is an extra week (outside our normal 4 week sessions) that is
open to ANYONE for FREE! Its the perfect opportunity for bootcampers to bring friends/family/co-workers to try out our
classes or if you want to try a class, you are more than welcome to
join us for the week. NOTE: Contact us for
details as there may be changes to the normal class schedule and/or
we may adjust class times during this special week. We will
post the
bonus week class schedule online here the week prior to the classes
but if you want to
know before then,

us for details and we can give you a rough idea of the schedule.
