How It Works: |
|
Participants earn points for 15 Daily Goals and 15 Weekly
Bonuses and keep track on a weekly point tracking sheet. Daily
goals include VERY BASIC tasks such as perform 30 minutes of
cardio, drink 64oz water, get 8 hours of sleep, log your food
intake, eat breakfast, consumed no alcohol nor liquid
calories, etc.
This is a challenge
ANYONE can excel at! It is NOT slanted toward those already
fit or in shape.
All goals are given a point value and you continue to
accrue points for as many goals you can meet each day/week.
Challengers
DON’T have to achieve ALL of the goals ALL of the time and
should never feel bad for not attaining total perfection.
This is an exercise in improvement! Simply improving
upon your current exercise/eating habits should give you increased
results. Continue to work toward improvement in all areas
and develop new, healthy habits.

HOW IT WORKS - THE DETAILS:
Each participant makes entry fee payment of cash, check, or cc/paypal
in the amount of $50 by JULY 25th, 2010 (Non-members
pay $75). Participant
also pays $75 leverage fee which will be returned
if/when you complete the full 8 weeks to the best of your
abilities.
You must turn in EACH weekly log sheet on time to get your $75 back. Both the entry fee and the
leverage check are tools created for you to take the contest
seriously- partly monetary, partly psychological. We are not
doing this for our entertainment :) or money… We are doing
this to help all of our clients and provide a little extra
incentive outside of bootcamp/training sessions. We have
spent hours preparing this Fitness Challenge and will spend a
few hours each week on client tracking, so we want
participants to take it seriously.
All participants will receive a detailed information packet
with a log sheet on/before Friday July 30th via email. Participants earn points for 15 Daily
Goals and 7 Weekly Bonuses (see Point Tracking Sheet). Daily
goals include VERY BASIC goals such as perform 30 minutes of
cardio, drink 64oz water, get 8 hours of sleep, log your food
intake, eat breakfast, consumed no alcohol nor liquid
calories, etc.
This is a challenge ANYONE can excel
at! It is NOT slanted toward those already fit or in shape.
All Goals are given a point value and you continue to accrue
points for as many Goals you can meet each day/week. There are 289 possible points for Daily Goals each week.
You may earn 19 extra Bonus points for a potential Weekly
Total of 308 points.
To get started, each participant who takes ‘before/starting’
photos (in swimsuit or jog bra/shorts for women and just
shorts for men) will receive 25 points. Either you can
take them and email them to me or we will take them for you.
We must receive the photos to earn the 25 points. Photos
must be taken by AUGUST 7th, 2010 to earn the 25 points.

Client who accumulates the most total points at the end of the
contest wins a FREE MONTH OF BOOTCAMP. This a competition
between all participants.
Participant who loses the most inches/pounds as a percentage
of beginning total body weight wins a FREE MONTH OF BOOTCAMP.
If the competition is close, before/after photos will be used
to judge the winner. (Photos will never be shared with anyone
nor made public without your permission). This is a
competition between all participants.
For every 100 points you earn, your name goes into a drawing
for fitness prizes at the end of the challenge. Prizes
are to be determined and more info will be posted later.
Each client finishing the challenge and handing in EACH weekly
points sheet by the Monday at noon deadline will get their
$75 leverage back – regardless of results.

RULES:
This contest is on the honor system. Please don’t fudge or
cheat, as you are only cheating YOURSELF! The main point of
this contest is to encourage you to do ALL of the things
necessary to GET LEAN, FIT and HEALTHY!
There are 15 daily goals/objectives for you to earn points.
You DON’T have to achieve ALL of the goals ALL of the time.
This is an exercise in improvement! Don’t feel bad for not

results. Continue to work toward improvement in all areas.
Client must track points during the entire week and
TURN IN TRACKING SHEET BY TUESDAY at
noon. This deadline is FIRM.
Miss the deadline... miss your points for that week.
No exceptions!!! Clients may email, fax
or give us their tracking sheet each week. In an emergency,
you may call in your totals on Tuesday before noon. On
Tuesday,
we will calculate all totals and post the totals and rankings
on a ‘participants only’ webpage. The client with the most
points that week will be awarded a prize to be announced
later.
