"When I
started Bootcamp the day after Labor Day I didn't know what
to expect, all I wanted was something, ANYTHING to help get
me into shape - I was desperate.
Kristi and Tom provide such a positive and accepting
environment where nobody is an outsider. We all cheer each
other on and exchange our stories. After the month was
over I signed up for another 3 months - I was addicted to
the morning workouts! I feel so amazing after attending
the morning Bootcamp that it makes getting up at the
break-of-dawn worth it. My days are more productive, I am
more focused at work and my attitude is positive. At this
point, I can't imagine my life without Bootcamp.
In the last 3 months I've lost 22 pounds, 30 inches, my BMI
is below 25 and I have learned to love running. I was a
size 12, almost a size 14 and now my size 8 jeans are too
big for me. I couldn't have gotten these results without
East Valley Bootcamp. Bootcamp motivates me to get in
shape and stay in shape!

my first 5K on the treadmill the last 2 days ... it took me
38 minutes each day and granted running outdoors is not the

"I work full time, I have a side
business that takes my weekends, and a 1 1/2 yr. old and 3
yr. old at home, so finding the time and coming up with
the effort was impossible. The early morning class was
literally my only option which has worked out great! It's
early, don't get me wrong, but waking up and exercising with
a clear head in the cool temperatures of the morning at the
park is really good. It's the forced exercise I needed but
couldn't do myself. Kristi and Tom are energetic and fun
and really help wake us up for the day. Every day is
different and challenging, and I find myself really missing
it when I have to miss a morning workout. I would suggest
it to anyone who can't get out there on there own, you won't
regret it. And working out in 80 degree temps. versus 100

workout routine that:
a) Fits with my schedule
b) Tones muscle and builds cardio
c) Doesn't get boring!
Bootcamp answers the mail on all these things. Plus, the
group of people and
the instructors are a whole lot of fun. I look forward to

hard. It could be one of hardest things you do in your
"comfort" lifestyle. But here's the deal..... You can do
it, no matter what they throw at you. And, Surprise....you
feel awesome doing the things you thought you could only do
when you were in your 20's. You get better, stronger,
healthier every day. We laugh, we groan, we sweat, we
overcome, every morning! You can do anything you put your
mind to. If you think you can do it or you think you

"Bootcamp is great! The workouts are
always fresh, exciting and combine strength, core, and
cardio training. The hardest part is the first week,
especially if you've been off of your feet for awhile.
Never fear though, the soreness will pass and is a sign
your muscles are getting stronger. Stay out of the gym and
off of those unnatural machines. They can do more harm than
good. Working with dumbells and time under tension
techniques will help correct your posture and ignite your
metabolism. Instructors focus on form allowing you to
improve balance, strength, flexibility, decrease your body
fat percentage, shrink inches and lose pounds. We work hard
everyday but you will be motivated to do your best when you
are side by side with someone working as hard as you are.
Come and be a part of something bigger than yourself. You
