in athletics and fitness training her entire life. Starting
at the young age of six years old as a competitive gymnast,
she learned quickly that dedication and hard work were the
keys to success. Her dedication led her to state
championships in her two favorite sports, Gymnastics and
Track (4x400 meter). She pledged that being involved in
sports and staying healthy would be her life-long
commitment.
Tiffanie continued
her involvement in athletics throughout high school and
college, competing in Volleyball, Basketball and Track.
Being a competitive athlete, she was expected to follow
strict weight-training routines. This led her to a passion
for personal training and coaching.
Today you can find Tiffanie
being a teacher by day and a trainer by night; this will be
her 10th year involved in teaching and coaching.
Tiffanie earned her MA in Curriculum and Instruction from
